To see Jackie’s work is to, for a brief moment, inhabit her carefree sense of whimsy. Her playful and often humorous illustrations are inspired by her love of the beach, fresh food and spending time outdoors… naturally. However, Jackie has the uninhibited spirit to make those universally loved truths even more irresistible. Take a gander at the ideal life she can visit upon something as seemingly mundane as a basket of clams or even a bagel with cream cheese. An artist and illustrator based in Hampton Bays, Jackie has completed numerous commissioned works, but most notably, illustrated a cookbook featuring New England recipes titled, The Shelter Island 36, by Chef Jason Casey in the Spring of 2015. She is available for editorial and publishing illustration projects, art licensing and private commissions. When Jackie isn’t exhibiting at art festivals throughout the East Coast, you can find her on the beach or in the studio with her furry assistant… Cole the Cat. Like we said, Jackie has a truly enviable carefree sense of whimsy :)
